We are a family owned Queensland Business in Brisbane having recently moved from the South Side to the North Side. We have been in business since early 2007 but have been involved in coordinating special occasions over many years and we use this experience to assist those planning any event be it wedding, engagement or vow renewal our experience gives us the edge in keeping costs down for you having spent many years working for community organisations. When planning an event we work for you and only you. We don't affiliate with anyone (this gives us the advantage of shopping around for the best deal for you) but make sure your suppliers are value for money. - There is no sense us have a great photographer in redcliffe when you are getting married on the gold coast and the photographer wants to charge you additional fees for travel etc. So we have contacts across the south east corner of Queensland.

In the past we have arranged:- 

1. Conferences for a couple of hundred people.
2. A week long sporting event sourcing accomodation and looking after 10 football teams.
3. Weekend sporting carnivals catering for up to 600 people, ensuring everyone is looked after.
4. Wedding for 50 guests up to 200 guests

A family Wedding a few years ago showed us that there are a lot of pitfalls out there and we would like to ensure that couples do not fall into them. E.G. Venues booked and then cancel booking without notice.

When we decided to build a new business we did not want to just "do weddings", we wanted to be able to work with a couple from the time of their engagement, wedding and  through to when they have a naming ceremony for their children or when after many years they want to renew their vows. We only work for couples and while it is good have friends and family involved no decision is made without consultation with the future bride and groom.

We often find that not being part of family we can give honest and open assessment of the situation. Family will either not tell you or tell you and upset you.
