Most Brides love organising their own Wedding. In fact most have dreamed of the perfect Wedding all their lives. They know what they want it and usually organise it right down to the day.

BUT! - On their Wedding Day they want to relax, and they want their Mothers to relax and enjoy the day. Many Brides do not take the time to enjoy their Wedding Day because they are worried, have the Flowers arrived, is the Venue set up the way it should be, are the Guests happy, is the Groom in his place etc etc.


You have organised your wedding your way, let us assist you on your wedding day to ensure it runs smoothly.


Remember it is your day and you do not need to be stressed. This is where your coordinator can help.

 

Package includes:-

  1. Free consultation
  2. Initial contact with your Suppliers and then again the week of your Wedding to ensure a seamless transition from you organising to a Coordinator assisting on your day. - # Note this is not an extra it is included in the hourly charge which is only charged for time worked on your Wedding Day.
  3. Working to ensure that everything is in place on time and as required. This includes Wedding Cars, flowers, Ceremony Venue and Reception Venue.
  4. As requested by you during Consulation.

  

Following your initial Free Consultation we only charge our hourly rate for time spent working for you on your Wedding Day..
