We know a lot of brides have time to spare and enjoy organising their wedding day. But then on the day they realise small things happen and they start to worry about this and that. This is where we come in. For a small fee and a lot of stress relief we can assist you.
Is your wedding all organised but you would like someone to be there on the day to make sure your day runs smoothly?
Remember it is your day and you do not need to be stressed. This is where your coordinator can help.
Package includes:-
Free consultation
Initial contact with your suppliers and then again the week of your wedding to ensure a seamless transition from you organising to a coordinator assisting on your day. - # Note this is not an extra it is included in the hourly charge which is only charged for time worked on your wedding day.
Working to ensure that everything is in place on time and as required.
This includes wedding cars, flowers, Ceremony Venue and Reception Venue.
As requested by you during consulations.
Following your initial free consultation we will work our a price based on an hourly rate and work required.
