Have you ever dreamed of being able to sit back and have a relaxed and stress free wedding?

Your personal wedding planner will take care of everything with you only having to make the final decisions.

Your wedding coordinator will source all quotes for you and liaise with suppliers on your behalf. Your wedding planner will also be in attendance at the ceremony and reception to ensure the smooth running of the day and to deal with any unexpected events. Your wedding planner will be in regular contact so you know what is happening all the time. Contact will be through regular email updates, meetings and phone calls.

 Package includes:

• Initial consultation to determine the style and size of the wedding, to create a budget and assist with choosing suppliers and venues to suit your wishes and needs.
• All subsequent consultations to confirm and finalise details.
• The wedding planner will be point of contact for suppliers and venues to help avoid stress and confusion.
• After you decide on your suppliers and venues your personal wedding planner will organise the photographer, florist, vehicles, wedding cake, invitations, ceremony and reception venues, music arrangements and all the little things that go together to make your day complete - Remember it is still your wedding the way you want it, so final decisions will be up to you and we will carry out your wishes.
• Your wedding planner will be available to attend and assist with all wedding related celebrations and functions as required. (Rehearsal and of course the day of your wedding.)

After your first free consultation (Usually about 1 hour) we will ask if you would like to sign a service agreement. We then ask you to pay a deposit (20% with 14 days to pay) and we go ahead and start planning and organising your wedding. Final payments must be made one month prior to the wedding.
